Program Purpose
The purpose of the program
is to provide quality, effective and timely services in an effort to limit the
negative
consequences of substance abuse, increase the likelihood of successful recovery
and assist in the prevention of relapse.
Out-patient Level 1
Treatment specializing in services to adolescents.
Location of licenses:
Overland Park, Topeka, Wichita, Iola and Chanute
Assessments
-
An assessment is completed on
each individual to identify problem areas and place the individual
in the programs or services that will best meet his or her needs. Standardized
assessment tools are utilized in this process,
as well as historical information and observations.
Financial Information
A per session fee is
charged for counseling groups and individual services. TFI Family Services will
bill your insurance
company for services rendered, if that company's name appears on a list that is
available on request.
Medicaid will be billed for services provided to Medicaid recipients. Additional
costs for services provided will be billed on a
sliding fee scale.
All payments remain the
responsibility of either the clients or their guardians, regardless of insurance
coverage.
